What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. The lobby team was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to thank the wonderful Guest Relations Officers, Vy and Van, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay. The service at The Peninsula Da Nang is flawless — attentive yet never intrusive, efficient while still personal. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines spectacular views, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality so seamlessly.
