"The breakfast menu was amazing "

"The hotel location is close to the beach. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. They paid close attention to service and they were really polite and helpful throughout. The room, beach view room, was nicely decorated and clean. We actually got a trip back to Ho Chi Minh free of charge using their shuttle service, mentioned to us at check-in, which was incredibly helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. Wide variety of food, very good service throughout. I recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you Vias Hotel; you were excellent."

"The room was clean and nice. All the employees were sweet and helpful. We had a great room with a great ocean view. The A/C was strong and the free buffet breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel."

"My stay here in 2026 was alright. The pool located on the beach was taken away, as that was the main attraction of this hotel when I stayed here in 2024. For a $400/night stay here for the 2 bedroom suite, we called for 4 bottles of water (less than $1 market price) and was told it would cost $10 to bring it to our room. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff was a mixed bag. View is nice. Paid pretty much for the view."
