This place is quiet and rooms are spacious for Europe. We used the bus BU13 to go to the old city several times and it worked well for us. Breakfast is of great quality. The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We will definitely repeat this hotel next time

No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Hotel Arbaso. It is a modern and clean property, and we got our best sleep during our trip here! Everyone on the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. The location could not be more perfect. It's located on a quiet street and in walking distance to many sites including the Old Town, beach, and restaurants. The room was quite spacious also, and I surely enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
Great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk from the bus station. Don't forget to ask about the elevator from the city-level. The hotel is on a hill and is quite a walk uphill if you're not aware of the elevator. It's locked and requires a code but you can call on the intercom when you arrive to have them open for you.
Hotel Villa Victoria had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, great amenities, central location and an easy check-in/check-out. I wasn't there long enough or late enough to try breakfast; it was a quick, one-night stay, but a very comfortable and convenient one.
The property is clean and the bar off the lobby was really great. The location is a bit out of the city center, which was perfect for us as we had a car. Parking was easy in the street which was surprising as it was a holiday weekend. Staff super helpful with getting taxi's into the center. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to San Sebastian.

A relatively new property so some limitations (they stated there was a laundry but no washing machine was hooked up) but the manager was wonderful and the room was great. She helped us find and get a reservation at a wonderful restaurant for our anniversary. She was also very helpful with other suggestions. My wife and I are on a 5 week trip around central, eastern and northern Spain. When visiting bigger..or pricier...cities we like to stay a bit out of town in a 4 star place which is inexpensive and yet has great accessibility to its main city. The Hotel K10 in rural Urnieta is perfect: only 12 mins by train from San Sebastian (and a 10 min, delightful walk through nice country and a bit of the town to get to the station), plus regular and cheap train service. Highly recommended.
