"We love this hotel. we have stayed here 3 times on vacations to Mexico City. It is the most beautiful hotel in Mexico City with a tiffany-stained glass ceiling over the entire lobby and Effiel wrought iron elevators and his works all over the lobby. "Hotel was great! Location was great and a safe area. Just a several minute walk to the big square and beautiful cathedral. Behind the cathedral is the Temple Mayor. All of the staff I encountered were wonderful and helpful. Besides the free breakfast, they have a café on the top open 24 hrs offering food and drinks for free! Hope to make a future visit to Mexico City with my wife and we will definitely stay here!"

"Hot tub is only set up upon request. And they want a tip to set it up.... Did not expect that after exciting it to be included in the cost and accessible when the mod and weather allowed.... Otherwise a very nice, very safe feeling location. Staff was very helpful."
