"The room and property were clean. The staff were friendly. Convenient having 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. There was a mix up between check in staff and check out staff, not having my late check out documented. But was cleared up."

"For a new hotel, it’s behind on some things. TVs are just cable, not smart tvs. No bathroom fans. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just a 12-minute walk to the CN Tower and surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were very welcoming and kind throughout our visit. A huge highlight was the breakfast; there was an abundant variety of food to choose from. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed for 5 nights had my room made up 3 out of 5 days. One of the two days missed I requested a clean and never got one. The hotel is great otherwise the bar pub had decent drinks and food. Cheaper to book on line rather through the hotel. Rooms are very nice. "

"Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The pool was a good size and not that deep, so no diving but still you can have a good swim. The gym had really good equipment to work out with. Checking in and checking out was easy and fast and the front desk personnel was very friendly. Overall a great stay! We'll stay here again !!"
