We tried everything and no one responded. I asked for a refund and the hotel did not grant it. It is easy to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."

I had a great time running in the mountains and also touring the surrounding area. The dinners were quite excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. I was there alone but would definitely bring my family back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. From the airport shuttle, to the friendliness of staff and guests, the place was convenient to the Auschwitz Birkenau Museum and the town itself has greenways and parks which I enjoyed immensely. I would stay here again.
the breakfast is good, and the staff was very nice and helpful, after i arrived late in the evening I was allowed to park in front of the hotel, very nice of her.
