"Everything was great with the exception of staff not explaining details. Maybe they believe you have stayed there before and know all the ins and outs. Do not assume anything. Ask the dumb questions like “the $150 credit I have is that because there is a $150 hold on my credit card or this is a credit the hotel is giving me to spend?”"

"Found prescription pills in our room hidden under the bed. Turned in to front desk and no staff cared, pretty disappointing as we had young children with us. Also the elevators went down and it took us nearly two hours to get up to our room. Didn’t even take the chance to explore the hotel incase we weren’t able to get back up again. "

"Our room was old, sink was cracked, water smelled, beds were too small for two people. Music played from 7:15am to 2am, the music starting @ 7:15am was annoying! Ear plugs strongly encouraged. The main areas of the hotel, pool and casino were very nice. "

"Had trouble getting onto the internet - directions in the check-in packet not very clear. Food at Chi was very good as was the service. "

"Our stay at the SAHARA Las Vegas was fantastic. Thanks to my Gold status with Expedia, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The spa services were amazing. We only got to tried Zeffer’s Café, the breakfast was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. "

"I don’t even know where to start, but here it goes. I chose this property because it has 9.4 stars, no casino, and appears to be more family friendly than others at comparable prices. First, our TV was not working, we flew in late and I called the front desk to see if they could fix it. They told me there was no maintenance for the rest of the night. Then, I realize there are only two pillows on each double bed. Side note: the photos on Expedia show three pillows on each bed. Since I was staying in the room with my son and daughter, we needed more pillows which I requested. The response I got was due to high occupancy, they didn’t have any extra pillows. This was frustrating since we were going to be staying for five nights. Another side note: we didn’t see a single other person in the hotel in the five days we stayed. Parking wasn’t an issue either since again, i don’t think they had high occupancy at all. Also, the beds do not have fitted sheets. They simply tuck flat sheets under the mattress. This was annoying since I had to keep fixing the sheet so that I wasn’t sleeping on a mattress cover. Then, after three nights I decided I wanted fresh towels and bedding so I requested housekeeping. We were gone all day and we were relieved to get back to the hotel and shower with fresh towels and bedding to sleep in, but found housekeeping never came. The bedskirts on the beds were stained/dirty. Also, there is no free breakfast like some have mentioned. Never again! Don’t do it! "
