"The room was clean and very nice. Hotel staff that handled check in was friendly and quick. The only negative experience was at check out. The staff that helped with check out seemed annoyed when I approached the counter, but they did handle my check out quickly, just not very friendly. I would still book a room here again. "

"Very clean room, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, the pancake machine wasnt working properly. But hey theres an ihop nearby. Parking was good, there was always a spot available. In a great location and convenient to get to alot of locations"

"I didn’t drive so I can’t comment on parking. Room is nice. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good, same thing everyday. But the coffee is very weak and lukewarm all the time, I think they should just put one of those automatic coffee machines that grind the coffee by order that way it will be fresh hot and strong. That’s really the only thing I can complain about. "

"The room was incredibly dirty, everything was dirty, and nothing was stocked in the room. There was something sprayed all over the doors to the bedrooms. Dust everywhere nothing in the kitchen worked. There was barely any toilet paper, one spoon, barely any kitchen items. It looked like if a maid was in the room that might have made the beds and emptied the trash cans but that's it. Nothing else was done. It was disgusting. There was also no hot water in the room. I will never stay here again. "
