"We have stayed with you a number of times over the last 25 years. Also eaten in the Brasserie more often. The room was a little tired didn’t feel the treat I remembered. The staff were fabulous as always. Think some corners are being cut such a shame. We will come again"

"My daughter and I had such a lovely time at the hotel and spa, Rudolph greeted us with his lovely smile and willingness to help during our stay at the hotel,the food at Wilfreds was amazing and every member of staff were polite and attentive,we also had a day at the spa,wow!what an experience,it exceeded our expectations,the lovely Lorna looked after us ,the whole experience from the massage the facilities the food , cleanliness and especially the staff was amazing ."

"Fabulous stay, hotel staff amazing..very friendly..nothing was to much travel. Room was spotless ..comfy bed. Breakfast was perfect! Parking round the back of hotel was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again."
