"Our room/suite was perfect for us in our visit to Madrid. We were perfectly located in old town within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Bus, taxi and metro options are also nearby. We used the bus for longer distances. Many choices for grocery stores and restaurants are close-by. The staff was warm, welcoming and super responsive to questions and requests. "The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"
