"Excellent experience, breakfast was perfect, park on site was easy and felt safe. Bart and his wife were super friendly and helpful and we will definitely be returning"
"Fluer de Lis was wonderful. The hosts were excellent, nothing was any trouble. We all enjoyed a chat about our countries as we are from Australia. The property was excellent, clean, quiet, friendly and a home away from home.
Supurb breakfast. 10/10"
"Huge bright room with windows that open overlooking a canal, lovely breafast and a central location. Secure parking a couple of blocks away. Terrific stay here."
"Lovely clean room in beautiful hotel. Lots of amenities for young children including playground and play room.

Perfect location in the magical town of Bruges. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable with great nearby restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Room was modern and spacious with all amenities.
The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff/owners are very nice and the hotel and gardens are simply beautiful. I loved the decorations and furnishings of the common areas. The breakfast is included in the price and was excellent.
We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.
We absolutely loved our time at Hotel de Castillion. Every detail is thought of. The owners/staff are amazing, so helpful and really took care of us. The room was beautiful as are the grounds. Having breakfast in the cellar was such a fun experience. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne in the courtyard and it was like a fairytale.
They have a beautiful patio right on a canal. Our room was large and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the main square and several museums. Everyone speaks English and both the hotel staff and people on the street were very helpful.
Clean room. Friendly staff. The voucher for a complimentary beer was unexpected, but very much appreciated. Good and broad breakfast to choose from every morning too.
When choosing this hotel we weren't expecting all that much. Our first time in Brugge and all the options seemed modest. However, Brugge was enchanting from the time we approached the city center! The narrow streets, the medieval buildings all over town, the warmth of the people was fabulous. Upon arrival the hotel staff was very helpful with our car and luggage, they offered water and sweets while we checked in. The hotel is run and operated by the owners under the Relais Chateaux franchise and...
The hotel is immaculately maintained, and staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to provide assistance if needed. Thomas at the front desk was especially helpful in answering questions about train service to the airport as well as several other matters. Breakfast offered a good variety in a nicely decorated sitting area. The hotel itself appears to have been a mansion of some sort in years gone by, and has some impressive architectural features. Our room was on the small side, though otherwise...
Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!
Classy hotel. Service was friendly and excellent. Rooms are spacious and feel historic. Ours had exposed beam ceiling. Location is excellent - right on a canal and walking distance to all the sights in the old town. View of the belfry in the main market square.
The people were friendly, welcoming, and available. The room was pristine, and the water pressure was fantastic. The hotel is quiet, and well-located. I was so happy to have chosen this spot. Will come back!
