If you want to give your credit card some exercise, head out to San Rafael Mall in Suba. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. Splash some more cash at Parque la Colina.
You might want to practice your swing at Club Campestre El Rancho, a golf course located 4.7 mi (7.6 km) from central Bogotá. If Club Campestre El Rancho doesn't quite scratch your golfing itch, Bogota Country Club, and Club Campestre Guaymaral are also nearby.
If you like quiet time surrounded by flowers and greenery, hang out at Humedal La Conejera in Suba. Want to stretch your legs some more? Head to Mirador de los Nevados Park and Biopark La Reserva, both nearby.
If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo in Suba. If you want to experience more of the culture Bogotá has to offer, head to Clinic La Colina, Centro Comercial Santafé, and Parque la Colina.
"I like this hotel a lot. Location is great, is always clean and it is accessible to many touristic places. But this time I feel that I was let down by some of the staff.
I was travelling with people that were fist time visitors. They wanted to have a massage and when they arrived to the spa they were told that only one person was working and was impossible to have the appointment at the same time.
They decided to go to the jacuzzi instead. Nobody told them they needed an appointment too even though they talked to at least 4 different staff members. First time the jacuzzi was closing (fair enough), were told to go back next day (not telling anything about an appointment). Next day was close because it was Sunday and they were told again to be back next day (still nothing about appointments) but Monday was a Colombian holiday and it was close again that day. Why they invited them to go back when they knew that the place will be close because of the holiday?
Tuesday casually the lady for quality asked us about our general experience in the hotel. We did told her about our frustration with the situation and she offered immediately to book an appointment (first time we learned we needed one). Well, I decided to go a couple of hours before the appointment just to confirm and get what, there was no appointment!!. At least this time they still have space and finally I booked the appointment. It was ridiculous.
Another situation was at the bar. The service was terrible!"
"My mom went there to spend the night before a long flight, staff was really welcoming and helpful even when we had a confusion with the booking. everything was so clean and well mantained and breakfast for what i saw, was really complete. airport shuttle is a plus that made our stay so much easier"
"The airport shuttles run every 30 minutes, which is extremely convenient. Overpriced wine and the restaurant charging in dollars (at a horrible exchange rate) without asking if you prefer to be charged in pesos couldn't even ruin the experience. They should, however, pay attention to those things if they want repeat business."
