"Very convenient hotel which is just beside a metro station. Nice, clean and good service. I would like to stay at this hotel when visit ShenZhen next time."

"Stayed here for a business trip. The check-in was incredibly efficient and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. A perfect, hassle-free experience that I highly recommend to other travelers."

"Lugar tranquilo y limpio"

"Es muy cómodo "

"The Japanese restaurant service needs improvement. We were told on Sunday the buffet price was 278/ person, the next day would be 248/person. We came in the next day, Monday, we were refused service because it’s 8:40pm by 2 young girls. Then another woman told us we could eat there but we can only order once and the price is 278/person except lady customer. Internet is very slow and needs to be reconnected every day (sign in). You also need a China mobile number to sign in to the internet....

"The hotel is located in a local neighbourhood which is not easy to find from the nearest metro station. The neighbourhood is quite lively at night, but the hotel room is quiet. No fridge inside the room,"

"Smoking smell more or less in the non smoking room. No spa or fitness in the facility."
