"Well-located hotel in the heart of Amsterdam city, friendly staff and clean rooms. The room was pretty quiet overall considering how noisy the area can get outside, but felt quite cramped even with only one person and one suitcase. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops only a few minutes walk away. Only issue was that it was a bit difficult to get an Uber/taxi pick up as it's on a one way street."

"Overall, a very nice stay. When we had to leave early due to a medical problem, the manager wrote an invoice covering the shortened stay. This was necessary to claim from travel insurance since the rooms were non-refundable. Two minor dislikes. There were no face cloths in the bathroom, and there is a silly metal cover over the toilet paper on which I managed to cut my arm since it is very close to the toilet."
