"Our stay at Balcón del Zócalo exceeded every expectation. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Mexico City’s Historic Center, with breathtaking views of the Zócalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest comfort. The restaurant was outstanding. The food was creative, delicious, and beautifully presented. Dining on the rooftop terrace while overlooking the Zócalo was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Every meal was an unforgettable experience. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our visit memorable. A very special thank you goes to Eduardo, the hotel manager, whose outstanding leadership and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. His attention to detail, professionalism, and sincere care for his guests are a true reflection of the hotel’s excellence. Eduardo is a tremendous asset to Balcón del Zócalo, and we are deeply grateful for everything he did to make our visit so enjoyable. We highly recommend Balcón del Zócalo to anyone visiting Mexico City. It offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, exceptional dining, and world-class service. We can’t wait to return!"

"Beautiful clean hotel. You can actually see the original ruins through glass floors that they put in. It was a very nice touch. The location was very convenient only 15 to 20 minutes from the airport as well."

"The young woman that performed the housekeeping responsibilities on my floor (8th floor), I believe her name is Yessica, was wonderful. She did an excellent job every time that we asked for service. That goes a long way when staying at a hotel. She's a gem for the hotel."
