The beds and pillows were excellent. I highly recommend the premium level. It includes discounts, breakfast, happy hour, and light refreshments. It is close to many historical landmarks. It is also close to the light rail. If you arrive at AIFA airport, it is very convenient. We took the train and saved a lot.

Great location. The accommodations were super and service was excellent. The bar tender Michelle was wonderful and provided us with great information of the local area and amenities.
First, the pricing was fair, considering I was traveling alone. The property was conveniently located within walking distance from some of the main attractions, including the Bosque de Chapultepec, the Castle, Anthropology Museum, and Angel of Independence. Fabulous hotel! Felt safe, modern and clean. ALL Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Great location if you want to walk to the castle/park area! We were able to even walk to see the Angel of independence statue also. Overall, highly recommend! The beds were on the stiff side but sheets were very comfy! We had a junior suite with access to the free snack/drinks (def recommend if you have little ones! Very convenient!
This property is extremely safe- ring bell to enter and no keys for room doors. You have a code. It’s very clean for an older hotel- even the hanging lamps were dusted ! The staff was very friendly and helpful- let us check in early, watched our luggage both before checking in and the day we checked out. Definitely is worth way more than we were charged- great job all around!!!

The rooms are clean and new, and have enough spaces.
One thing I have to say is that I felt cold in the night even though I turned AC on.
