"Nice hotel with wonderful employees. Rooms could use a refresh but the great location makes up for that. The hotel lobby has access to underground tunnel system. We used it to walk to Union Station in less than 15 minutes. Really convenient. "

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. It is convenient to the train, and there are restaurants, pubs, shopping and entertainment within walking distance. I love how safe it feels at night in this part of Toronto at night. I walked home from a pub at 11pm and was completely at ease. The hotel itself is clean and well run. There is a great breakfast place inside with a buffet. The rooms are clean and neat. I have no complaints about anything. A five star experience downtown."

"The room was nice and the location was great. Water front with a decent grocery store just a few blocks away. There is also a 24hr hotdog stand nearby that the kids enjoyed very much (cash only). The idoor pool is decent and the pickleball/tennis court was nice. We also liked the bee hives. They were fun to watch and talk about with the kids. We would stay here again."
