This hotel was very nice! While the room I picked was rather small, it was the perfect place to sleep while exploring the area. I love how close it was to such a big mall & many restaurant choices. Also about a 15 minute walk from the train station, or if you drive they do provide parking passes! Would 100% recommend :)
Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.
This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a great stay with no problems. Hotel looks new and modern. My room was a bit small but normal by Japanese standards. Really easy to get here from Hakata Station. I come to Fukuoka often this is place is better then most of the other places I've stayed at. Next time I come, this will be the first place I I try to book with. I didn't get her name but my housekeeper on the 10th floor
Great hotel! Walking distance to shopping, subway, Hakata station. 7-11 right across the street. It was the largest room we had at the end of the trip for our family of 4. There was a lot of room for all of us to lay out our luggage and then some. They did not charge us for having too many people either.
