"The room was spacious and I was able to relax. The aqua tank in the room was very useful. The staff were polite and pleasant. There were many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel, which was convenient. I requested breakfast and lunch, which was very delicious and had a wide variety of options. Overall, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were fantastic."

"It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city."
