Super location. Modern and clean design. Top Floor is a great place to hangout or conduct business meetings. Friendly stuff and buffet breakfast add good value for our stay. 4 bottles of water and 4 coffee pods are included in every room no matter how many nights are booked.
Hyatt Santiago Vitacura is a great hotel- the room was very spacious and had amazing views of Los Andes. The hotel is well located in a desirable area. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The spa area is Inviting and relaxing after a nice work out? The bar area is an enjoyable place to greet and meet other hotel guess and compare the day trip experiences.

The hotel was and the staff was very helpful. We had a ride to the airport booked with the desk but when it wasn't on time, the staff wanted to book us with their own costlier ride. This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!).
