The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..

Excellent in all ways.Be sure to check out Ruen Thai a few doors down if you stay here. It’s the best Thai food I’ve ever had!

Great location 3 minutes from airport by foot

This room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous. Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. Most places take credit cards

Great room, cozy and with some personality (not a cookie-cutter hotel room- wood panels, comfortable chairs, etc.) Incredibly beautiful view of the lake and mountains with a small balcony. No AC, as is expected in Europe, but provided fan and open windows kept the room comfortable in late July. Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. The hotel is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This property is right where you want to be if you want to shopping, yet it is also very quiet. There are so many places to eat and shop. We spent hours just walking by the river and seeing the sights. We would definitely stay here again

This hotel is conveniently next to the airport with a connecting walkway. But it’s unlike any airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s super clean and stylish - reminded me of a fancy tech campus - surrounded by posh restaurants and work spaces. The park (circle) is walkable and the view at the top is pretty.
