"The whole hotel smells good and is clean. The facilities in the room were easy to use and convenient. Large bed and soft pillows, ample amenities and free fruit. Not only was there a wide variety of breakfast options, but they also made porridge and omelets for us. I would like to use this again next time. Thank you for this time."

"They have a full gym, large rooms, very comfortable and very close to the bay area with restaurants, etc. Breakfast could have a bit more variety in cooked dishes for a JW but overall excellent stay, my go-to for Shenzhen business trips. "

I left my passport inside the taxi that the hotel had reserved and Sam (I think he is the night manager) helped me to find the driver and made him bring it to the airport minutes before the flight was closed.
