"Went to the 18th floor for a cocktail and they said they had no staff to sit at bar. We had friends uber there to meet us it was a real disappointment and not sure why a wait staff couldn’t have waited on us for one cocktail "

"We came in for UC graduation, stayed here two years ago for graduation also. Hotel is great, staff is great. Needs some work, our room had a huge rip in the carpet in the main room, the bathroom floor was chipped and when getting off the elevator in the lobby a cockroach was running by"

"Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. However, I was told that cleaning had already been completed and that I could clean it myself if I wanted. This was supposed to be a trip to get away from household chores, yet I ended up having to wash the bedding myself. When I removed the sheets to do so, it was even dirtier underneath. The cushions were also dirty, making the sofa unusable. They offered a $100 refund as partial compensation for the cleaning issue, but I have not received anything yet. I would not recommend this place to others."

"Short and sweet. No appliance bring your own, the bed has springs and makes noises. Not comfortable at all. Better than the foor of course. Parking is good and the staff was helpful and nice. The room is dated and building needs upgrade. Ice machine on the 1st floor. For the price it's not worth it for a one night stay. "
