"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "Royal Plaza is perfectly located at the top of Orchard Road and adjacent to the MRT. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub, and the staff were all super friendly. I have stayed at Royal Plaza numerous times and will definitely be back again!"

"The breakfast is absolutely wonderful! Our weeklong experience with the hotel was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and the employees went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location can't be beat, with 3 MRT stations within close walking distance and the exciting Bugis shopping area and Little India right around the corner. Love this place and we will be back!"
