The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. "Great week-long stay at the Grand Copthorne. The room had a great view and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We used the car service from the airport and it was excellent - easy to find our driver and a seamless transition to the hotel. The beds/pillows are on the firmer side. We loved the breakfast - so many delicious options! Try to go early in the morning because it gets busy. The location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Havelock metro station, 10 minutes to the Great World...
