La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"LA Habitación es tal como la ves en las fotos de la página, está bien ubicada para salir a cenar, desayunar, así como farmacias alrededor. La persona que se encarga de atender tu reserva es una maravilla, pendiente de tu alojamiento en todo momento. Sin duda volveré. "

"I have been coming to Radisson Blu Mogan since 2018, usually 2-3 times per year, and have always found this hotel to be incredibly welcoming. From the staff at the front desk when you arrive, to the housekeeping staff in the rooms and the amazing (and very patient) staff in the restaurants (particularly at breakfast), they are all so good. "Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "The apartment was very well stocked with cooking equipment. The pools and facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. The activities on offer were fun and there was so much to do. The instructors were amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful.
