"I was attending a function at the hotel so stayed for two nights. I had booked the superior room. Room was excellent with no complaints and had a superb view over the Swan River. The function was well catered for. On the last night I dined in the in-house restaurant. The meal was very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when in Perth."

"I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car.. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027).
