"The room and building were good. However, I dont know that I'll will be staying at another Drury anytime soon. To say the manners of the other patrons was lacking is an understatement. We had pool towels taken from our table and the free sidekick meal was a mad house where someone lacking patience reached over my husband's shoulder to fill their cup."

"I liked the room. Large, spacious. Had a small kitchen, living room, My soaps had blood on them. The throw pillows on the couch had dried snot. I was skeptical of their cleanliness but everything otherwise seemed ok. The person I checked out with said to just leave my cards and when I did and turned said wait... What's your room number? Leaving me wondering if I was even properly signed out at all."

"Hotel is close to the zoo, Newport on the Levee, etc. The pool water was cold, so the kids only swam for about 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was good."

"Bathroom had a broken toilet seat and a non-working mirror light. The light made it difficult to shave. We let the staff know but they said maintenance is only available 2 days per week. This is disappointing because everything else was great. We even had daily maid service which very rare for a 2 day stay."

"This is an excellent hotel, but I continue to have problems with them honoring my two queen bed reservations. In my mind if I reserve two queen beds, several weeks ahead of time I expect to be given a two queen bed room when I check in. Even though I was upgraded to a king size bed suite I had to sleep on the sofa in my back is still killing me. If you really need to queen size beds for your reservation, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel. Family all had a great time. My biggest problem was there is no elevator in the hotel. So you have to carry everything to the second floor and it’s not nearly as close to Kings Island as thought. But besides that wonderful"
