"This hotel was very clean. I called the front desk multiple times for towels and they delivered happily each time. We enjoyed time in the pool and it was very close to shopping center and target. It was perfect for my little ones to have extras space in the room and use the let out couch at night for sleeping."

"Great location for sightseeing. Easy to get to from Midway or OHare with the Monroe train stop right outside the door. 2 blocks to Millennium Park. Friendly and helpful customer service: thank you to Robyn who assisted us with an early check in. Building and rooms are older but clean and comfortable, plus an older building is part of the charm of staying downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance."

"This is my new go-to-first choice hotel in Chicago. Location is centrally located, slightly off the beaten track, and unbelievably quiet. Staff is welcoming and especially kind. Very comfortable room with a bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The tub was unexpectedly long with a separate shower. Great valet service, very safe parking. Most of all… Safe!"
