"Room/ bathroom were clean but the oven and drawer under the oven were not cleaned. Wasn’t sure if the dish towels had been washed. The door mat had snow/salt stains from last winter and needs to be washed or shampooed. The fridge was leaking and needs attention because we had to keep mopping up the water. Housekeepers should have reported this some time ago.
Other than this, we loved the apartment."
"Very convenient location, a simple walk to lots of restaurants, parks, shops and the old city. Very nice room, friendly staff, nice pool area and two nice looking restaurants ( we did not eat in either). Parking entrance is a bit funky but once you understand it not an issue and really nice to have parking onsite. Would stay here again the next time I go to
Quebec City."

"Toilet was making noise as it was leaking internally. We stayed there for 2 days. Told them on our arrival and it never got fixed. It was a little noisy. A lamp was also not working. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean."
