Impeccable. White glove clean. I was completely comfortable from the bathroom to the bed. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed which made me sleep as if I were at home. All aspects of my stay were perfect. Dania was exceptional in making our stay complete.
We arrived at the Poli after a long day driving. It was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. It is clear they have a lot of pride in their hotel; room was spacious and comfortable; staff friendly; priced great; breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. We did not want to drive in Milan so parked at a nearby metro station and it was very easy to get right downtown with no hassles. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

It is centrally located within a few minutes walking distances to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. You can travel to anywhere from from the Busto Arsizio train station, a few kilometers away. Although you can walk from the hotel to the train station, I would not recommend it. LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I chose this hotel because it is close to the red line of the subway which gives you easy access to downtown Milan and all its railway stations. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will certainly go back to this hotel when traveling to Milan.
I'd definitely stay at Joy 124 again! The reception staff spoke English very well and were always happy to help. Service was good in the bar/restaurant, with the kitchen staying open till midnight (really helpful since my flight was delayed and check-in at the hotel was well into the night). We stayed in toom 706 and it had a good view of the city. It was large room and good size bathroom. The shower was small but enough for avg size people. The metro was town the street and a super market. It was a diverse neighborhood and i liked the fact that it wasnt in city center so less noisy. Plenty of parking on the street that you have to pay for from 8am to 1pm which is about one usd an hour.
Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well
