Check in is easy with clear instructions from Stafano a few days before check in. Stefano will greet you at the door with the introductions of the property. Hotel is near the ferry ticket counter and there are many reaturants and shops around it. 1min walk to the lake to enjoy the sunset.

Great location on Como. Stay here. Near the train station, bus station, as well as the ferry pier, i.e., each within a five-minute walk from the accommodation. Huge room, huge bathroom. Everything works well. Hot water, heater, comfortable bed. Owner Stefano is there to greet you as you check in, and will provide any info or help as required. If you’re staying, and like eating meat, try the Il Mannarino Como restaurant. :)

This place was full on Italian charm! Stefano was our host and made us feel welcomed right away. The room was spacious, and felt like home. The location was wonderful, right on the water, with many food options all within walking distance. Accommodation is located in a fantastic spot just of the boardwalk close to transport, restaurants and the old town. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had views of the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Our hoist Stefano met us on arrival, gave a great rundown on the property and has very friendly. The accommodation is in an excellent location, right by the lake and a few minutes walk from the piazzas of the old town. Numerous restaurants surround it and it is handy for the piers and the funicular. The owner Stefano is very friendly and helpful. There was a large modern bathroom.
