A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The courtyards with plants, bird aviary and swimming pool as well. the staff were friendly and served us a great breakfast overlooking the courtyard. I had booked 2 rooms here. one for myself and one for my senior parents. when I arrived I was given 2 rooms on the first floor. since this was a riad, there are no elevators and a windy staircase to go upstairs. this did not suit my parents as negotiating lugagge and...

"The location a short walk to the train station was great. Handy to the modern section of Marrakech, a little far to walk to the historic medinas, but a quick taxi ride. The hotel lobby and pool are quite attractive. The room was a little musty and AC was a bit weak. "

"When they say the check-in time is 2pm, that is when you get there, I made the mistake of getting there early and having to carry my bag around till 2pm, plus there are no markings/signs for the appartement. The place was clean, no microwave and no kettle, though, to use the hob, you have to go under the sink to turn the gas bottle on. All in all it was a pleasant stay in what can be a noisy area (especially traffic)."
