My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel during our stay in Positano. The hotel staff, owner, Julia in particular, were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our stay and how to best utilize our day and see all we wanted to see. Our room was especially clean and you can see that the hotel staff takes great pride in this. Our room had a terrace with the most amazing view of sea and breakfast is delivered to the room (included) enabling guests the opportunity to enjoy it on their decks....
Very nice self-service hotel that is convenient to the airport and Naples. Owner was super helpful in getting access to the hotel and gave a variety of dining options. Accommodations were nice and the room was clean. Strong hot shower as well. Highly recommend!
The path winding through the cliffs to the small bar and lounge chairs along the water is very unique. Very small wading pool on upper terrace. Classic double room was small and non-descript. Disappointed with the size of balcony and the sea view from room!

This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. The Ara Maris which is referred to as the new hotel was one of my best stays at any hotel in all my travels, which is considerable. Did a ton of research on hotels in Positano for week vacay w/ my GF - trying to keep $ manageable while providing key amenities (good balcony, location, etc.). So happy I went with Savoia.
Location - Perfect, seriously. Quick walk to Main Beach (5-10 mins) but situated on Cristoforo Colombo which has several nice bars/restaurants & amazing views. Also only 5 min. walk to the Sponda SITA bus stop (other stop is at the top of town). Couldn't beat it.

This place is amazing off the beaten path but there shuttle is so easy to use they have set time and only takes you to train station but it works perfectly the train station is in town.
The hotel has a picturesque view of the Bay of Sorrento, sitting up higher on one end just a short walk from the best restaraunts. Had the best stay at Hotel Capri! Came with a friend for a week and it was a wonderful experience. We ate breakfast there everyday , loved sitting by the pool, and had a beautiful and clean room. Will definitely be back!
We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.
