"Very nicely welcomed, stayed in room 101, a small suite in the heritage building and everything at 5 star level. Food and drinks was good and serving far above normal Indian level. Only small complaint is that every time we got into our room in the afternoon to take a shower -just after having taking off the clothes off - someone rang the doorbell and asked if we were nereding anything. "This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me."
