"I loved the property and the fact that it is nearby all the wonderful beaches like Morjim, Mandrem and Arambol. I booked a premium double room which had a pool view. The property is clean, lush green and has great staff.Transport (taxi/two-wheeler) can be arranged at the reception desk within 5 minutes! Breakfast is also tasty and their room service is also quick. I stayed here for 5 days with my parents and it was worth the money I spent."

Staff is very cooperative and helpful.. ambience is very good and the plus point is that it is also pet friendly.. they have their own cafe and many other food joints near by.. also have shared kitchen in the resort.."

Provided towels are not clean. * Walls are paper thin and what the neighbors are talking or listening to is quite loud. I did not get _any_ sleep because of that. * The building is made of wood and it is super squicky.
