"The sofa beds were dirty. I told staff and they sent up sheets to cover up the dirt instead of having someone clean it."

"We reserved a double king room, & upon arrival at the hotel we were told only a single bed room was book by Expedia & no other rooms were available which caused our child to have to sleep on the floor for our stay. And the front desk clerk was not helpful or empathetic at all. She was even irritated by us asking for extra bedding to make the space for the child to sleep. "

"The room was very clean and everything in the room was updated. It is nice to see a property continually improving and they had several projects underway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something on property irritated my allergies and made my eyes burn every day but I am very sensitive to many indoor things so I'm not sure what set them off."

"For the price of this hotel, I was incredibly disappointed in both our room as well as the staff. Our room was not very clean when we arrived, and there were stains on the sheets. We had a two night stay and expected our room to be cleaned the next day. Nobody had visited our room at all. Honestly felt like a discount Hampton Inn. The staff except for the bartender were not very kind or welcoming. I would not stay here again."

"I dnt recommend to use room 1255 you hear all the noises from the elevator sounded like they where doing construction all nught i got woke up around 3:50 am couldn't go back to sleep "

"The room definitely needs to be updated. There were a lot of cracks, stains and the mattresses need to be replaced. "

"Convenient location for visiting St Louis. Three night stay for four was a reasonable price. Property exterior was unkept (trash, overflowing garbages). The interior could use more consistent vacuuming and dusting. But we needed a place to sleep."
