"Beautiful modern hotel in a fantastic location. Large rooms, modern decor and so nicely decorated in soothing colors. Staff is attentive and quick to solve any questions. Great concierge desk. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve seen in travels. Management solved a small issue with our bed immediately. We were so impressed with their quick response. Copenhagen is a great city with so much to see."

"Great stay in an excellent location. The area outside the hotel was perfect. Close to the train station but still in a beautiful square close to the main attractions but with a local charm to it. Having laundry facilities was a plus. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip in Copenhagen"

" Very nice hotel in a quiet area (Nørrebro) with lovely parks and public spaces. Our room was good size with comfortable beds and a modern TV. Very friendly staff and nice common areas. Only minor complaints: Breakfast is good but rather pricey, our showerhead was a bit wobbly. Will be happy to return next time in Copenhagen. For the record: Henrik Ibsen never stayed at the hotel - but a bust and his collected works are found in a nice reading room by the lobby;-)"

"We were very pleasantly surprised with our room at CitizenM. It’s hard to find somewhere in Copenhagen for a reasonable price and this hotel was perfect for us. Only about a 10 min walk into the centre, 20 mins to Nyhavn and round the corner from Tivoli. The room was spacious, given its layout and the bed was big and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would happily stay here again!"
