Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. "The building and facilities are a little old, but it's a perfectly fine hotel. Check-in is done via touch panel, so it's manageable even if you don't speak Japanese. Pretty straightforward easy place to stay if you want access to the city but not in a crazy place. We extended our stay cause it was easy. Staff was nice. A definite go to place for mid city Tokyo."
