"The room itself was very nice and clean. The only downsides were that there’s no AC and that it’s not sound proof at all. Also the shampoo provided smelled terrible (very cheap shampoo in a plastic packet). The lobby and pool area could be nicer too. But the worst part and the real reason why I wouldn’t stay here again is the mattress. It was quite hard and lumpy and the material was heat-retaining, so it was just too warm to sleep well and the pillows were also very uncomfortable."

"I truly enjoyed my stay ay plaza ejecutivo hotel. The swimming pool was very nice, beds were comfortable, the restaurant offers excellent food, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. One night the air conditioning wasn't working and we got moved to an upgraded room. "

"A beautiful boutique design hotel in a superb location. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included with our stay on the terrace outside. Everything was perfect with unique design details all over the hotel. Managed to take a quick dip in the pool, although it was a bit cool. Service from the staff was excellent. Would recommend a stay here if you are visiting Guadalajara."

"Hotel has good location near bars and restaurants. Despite being close to busy street, room was quiet. The room was very spacious with living room, balcony, 1.5 bathrooms,and bedroom. The only downside is shower head had hardly any water pressure, other than that ac worked great and staff very helpful. Gym had 3 machines but they served their purpose."
