"Maybe the most helpful stuff I have seen in a hotel ever. Very professional and they were genuinely trying to make us feel as welcome as it can get. The location of the hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the central station. There is a restaurant downstairs and several cafes and restaurants within few minutes of walk. The staff were professional, well-organized, and friendly. The room was fairly spacious and the bed and bedding were neat and comfortable, although it could use a bit of upgrading. The breakfast was excellent and had all of the elements of a good Swiss breakfast (proper cheeses, breads, etc.)."
