"Price was decision maker and the name Wyndham. It was quiet and clean. However, with price being the lowest in the immediate area, comes undesirable situations. Looked like homeless people on the property which causes safety concerns. Also, what looked like a lot of construction people as long term tenants. And because of no smoking inside there were a lot of construction men outside smoking and drinking at the end of the day. This atmosphere would cause us not stay there again. I always thought of Wyndham as equal to Hilton. Obvious, no at this location. Note. There was a lot of construction going on around this area. You get what you paid for."
