Hondafushi is an amazing island. Very quite and privet, not a lots of people. A lot of places around the island where is no people and it’s just you and the ocean.
Be aware the transfer fee will go up after the booking from $120 to $420 for a person. Plus on the day of check out- they will change you extra after 12 pm for the room.
For people who likes to be in quite vacation- it’s a great place to be. There only one restaurant - but for the reason the buffet is better than some other hotels....
we traveled as a family me , my wife and 3 kids (3,11,14) , we stayed in a family room, the room is spacious and comfortable , 10 m away from the water. the staff members are so friendly and helpful , we enjoyed the daily complimentary snorkeling trip at 3:00 pm, Flavio & Tiziana (from the diving center) took very good care of us and our children. food was good and tasty but breakfast need to have some more variety . the place is inspiring and peaceful away from any noise. it is a perfect place...
My 21-day stay at Nolhi Escape in January was a delightful experience. My room was large, well air-conditioned and comfortable and the staff cleaned it whenever I asked. There is plenty of hot water, the guesthouse has a lush garden and is quiet (you can hear the prayers from a nearby mosque five times a day, but they never woke me).

To start off we stayed her for 3 nights after a liveaboard dive trip during the off season. we were looking to rest and relax and we got that.
The room was comfortable the bed was two twins put together but pretty comfortable. Great shower. English was only spoken by the nice gal in reception but she is only there from 8:30 - 6:00. Nothing against the staff we found this true on the island in general. Wi-Fi is good we did stream video with no issue.
