DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Newcastle International Airport
8/10 Good
"The room was very nice and clean and the bed was really comfy, however the paint in certain parts of the building could do with a lick of paint here and there."
Copthorne Hotel Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"Super quick and friendly check in . Attendant on the corridor was so helpful and couldn’t do more for you . Great riverside view xx"
Great North Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was far better than i was expecting . We didn't have the breakfast, but the room was very clean and modern . Excellent value for money. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Large car park with free parking"
The Commissioners Quay Inn - The Inn Collection Group
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were friendly and helpful. Had asked for an adapted room as in a wheelchair but was given one with a bath but it was no problem for the receptionist to give us a room with a wet room. The room was huge , clean and had hairdryer plus iron and ironing board. Tea,coffee and hot chocolate plus Ringtons biscuits. Nice fluffy towels. Had a lovely meal at the hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. If you signup to the app you can have deal for two fizz cocktails ."
Lumley Castle Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect for couples. It was quiet with beautiful surroundings. We took a walk to the river from the castle, and it was quiet as though we had the whole grounds to ourselves. The food was delicious and the room was cozy with a spacious bathroom. We were lucky as there was a wedding on and as a result, we were treated to a nighttime fireworks display! For us a 10/10. But be mindful that there is no AC in the room - that didn't bother us but might be an issue for others. Also note it's worth checking if there are events on as we didn't realize that if we had arrived earlier, we could have gone on a tour of the castle and had afternoon tea. We are looking forward to visiting again."
Dakota Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"Quite simply the best hotel in the city."
Village Hotel Newcastle
8/10 Good
"The hotel was great for what I was looking for. It was clean and airy and modern. The food in the evening was poor and unappetising. The gym and pool were well looked after and nice to use. It was a shame the lifeguard was talking to a friend throughout her time, lifeguarding the pool."
Grand Hotel Gosforth Park
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms and near bus stops"
