"We booked Superior rooms and instead go family rooms, breakfast was ordinary and coffee service poor from the automatic machines and not much better from the barista. We stayed in 4 seperate hotels this past week, Metcourt was the most expensive and our least favourite."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. I visited South Africa for a conference, which was held at Birchwood. The team are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would go as far as to say it was some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced at a hotel in years. The complex is peaceful and beautiful, and the rooms are large. The restaurant is great, food was fantastic, and the support we received for the conference was exceptional. I’d definitely stay at Birchwood again if u return to South Africa"
