"Staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great beach. You can reserve palapas for as little as $30/day. It’s a large resort (and we were there for Christmas week) and it never felt crowded. Never hasd to wait more than minute or 2 for a breakfast table. "

"The room was spacious with a very unique floorplan. Amenities were nice, the staff was taking good care of the surroundings. The bellboys were very professional, they had good communication and high-end problem solving skills. The breakfast was plenty, there were multiple options. The beach shuttle was a great invention! "

"Clean room and facilities. Dining options were plenty. Nice part of town. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was we paid for ocean view and we hardly had an ocean view. Our balcony overlooked mainly a parking lot. The ocean could be viewed if you turned a hard right around the room divider. "
