"Very nice property that is well maintained. Clean room, kind and friendly staff. Everyone was accommodating and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The Racetrack room view was expectional and a unique offering. I especially enjoy the pool and hot tub. Eat eatery options for dining I the casino, everything we ordered from Casual for lunch and dinner was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Breakfast in the lobby was also expectional, they make a fantastic cappuccino. Will absolutely be returning. Hidden gem. Starting to prefer staying here vs. Niagara Falls."

"Decent place to stay but we had an issue with the deposit not going through due to an issue with their system and they accidentally charged both me and my partner’s cards. We are still waiting for refunds on the deposits and we hope they go through soon. They said they’d do it due to the problems but they didn’t show up yet. Also if you are put in the basement there aren’t any windows but I guess that makes sense. Only the top floor gets balconies. I wonder if they charge more for those rooms or it’s just luck of the draw. Overall it’s nice to stay here with good amenities like the pool and hot tub but no breakfast. Chrome cast was very convenient as well. "

"Stayed for 7 days, breakfast never changed, not to mention there were once without coffee and, a swamp of flying ants at the window corner. The hotel hardware overall is good apart from one of the two lifts still waiting for repairs. Staff training is not good, they do not have a sense of what servicing industry is all about. There was an electricity blackout for the entire last night but they have not updated guests nor one shed of apologies! In the suite, the water for shower is so weak that you doubt if the soap has been cleansed! And you have to ask for the soap to be refilled!! One thing is fair to say, it’s still a good value to stay!"

"Had issues with shower that staff fixed next day .Had amazing French toast on Sunday had it again on Monday by apparently different chef and was average. Overall a decent stay and would likely return."
