"We had a three night stay. The glasses that were used the first night were never replaced. The same dirty glasses remained in the room for the entire stay. There was an in room coffee maker that was used the first two mornings. We were unable to use it the third morning because the sweetener and creamer were not replaced when the room for made up the day before. The housekeeper left the cleaning rag in the bathroom."
