"Amazing hotel and staff. Pedro picked us up from the Interlaken OST and also dropped us off. That was the first impression of knowing how the experience will go. It is very nicely located property. Right outside is the harder Klum train station. Property doesn’t have Air Conditioning, but that’s the case at 85% properties in Switzerland. Overall great staff and an amazing service. Will come back to stay again at this property for sure."

Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. We had a room with air condition which was important for us. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom, had a mini fridge, coffee machine and safe. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would come back by ourselves."
