"From being greeted by the doorman to the smooth check in - our stay was perfect! We loved being able to check our bags so we could explore Vancouver before our hotel checkin and then check them again while we attended the Canucks game! Picking them up on our way to the hullo was seamless. All the staff we interacted with were courteous and welcoming. We usually stay closer to the arena but we will be switching to your hotel for our future downtown Vancouver stays. "

"Room was clean, quiet and private - worth upgrading for the private bathroom, and the small private patio was a surprise. All staff I met were very courteous, and the facilities felt very secure, with extra card-swipes for elevator usage and building access at night. Very walkable area with plenty of solid food options. Good value for the price and exactly what I needed!"
